In case you wonder what is the normal temperature, for APU boards mostly this is in idle status around 60C but can under high cpu usage rise up to 70C.

If you are not dependent on the pve-kernel than give 5.11.16 a shot and install zenpower. After switching to AMD K8, K10 and K11 CPU on-die thermal sensor the temperature from the CPU is shown up in the dashboard under System Information. If i just could upgrade to 5.12 with the pve version and pve headers than everything would work flawelessy (I think hehe). This did not help either (It did fix the missing LAN-drivers for the motherboard though for others that have the same issue). I believe the cpu temp is the socket temp and the k10 is the cpu itself. The bios reports the cpus idle temp as 45 degrees celsius. While Tctl is always available as temp1input, the driver exports Tdie temperature as temp2input for those CPUs which support it. Tdie is the real measured temperature, and Tctl is used for fan control. The next step was to upgrade the kernel to the newest version by first adding the following repository: deb buster pve-no-subscription I have an amd athlon x2 250 processor with nexus xir-2300 heatsink installed. On some AMD CPUs, there is a difference between the die temperature (Tdie) and the reported temperature (Tctl). Then i tried to get a reading with: apt install lm-sensors hddtempīut nothing shows up for the CPU.

I have updated everything to the newest state with: apt update I'm trying to get a reading of my cpu temperature but nothing seems to work really in Proxmox.
